Learn how to send your contacts an invitation to the client portal straight from your phone using the Flexmls Pro App for iOS.
The Flexmls portal is a personalized Flexmls website that you can use to communicate and collaborate with your clients. You can create a customized portal for each client that also contains your branding and contact information. In the portal, your clients can directly interact with listings that you recommend.
While your complete portal preferences, including branding options, are only available on the FullFlex Flexmls website. You can invite your clients to the portal and keep track of their activity on the Flexmls Pro app for iOS. Tap Contacts, select the contact you want to invite, and then tap Send Invite. If you have already invited a contact to your portal, the Send Invite button will not be next to that contact’s name.
Once your invitation has been sent, you will see a message at the top of the screen saying that your invitation was sent successfully. After you tap Send Invite, your contact will receive an email invitation. They can tap the Sign Up button to send them to your portal, where they can complete the portal sign up process.
If you have invited a contact to the portal and want to resend the portal invitation, tap the contact’s name. In the Contact Details page, tap Resend Invite. The Re invite option only appears if your client has not signed up for the portal.
Once your contact is using the portal, you can go to their record in Contacts and view their activity, noting how many times they have viewed listings as well as listings that they have saved in their portal.
