Welcome to the tutorial on the dashboard function for FlexMLS Web. Your dashboard provides easy access to the functions that you use the most. From any page in the system, you can return to your default dashboard by clicking the FlexMLS logo in the upper left corner of the screen. By default, your dashboard contains several panels containing information.

To stay up to date on the latest updates from your MLS, click the dashboard name in the upper left and select the MLS dashboard. This dashboard has a fixed layout and is controlled by your MLS. If you choose, you can add or customize additional dashboards with the specific gadgets you need to make it an efficient starting point for your work. To begin, let’s look at each panel of the Home dashboard. Using the Contacts gadget, a list of your contacts will display. Type in the search box to filter the list or jump to a specific contact. Click on a contact name to go directly to their details in Contact Management. Using the new search gadget, you can search for an address or MLS number or choose one of the available quick search templates. Under the gadget settings, you can customize the gadget to include the search templates you use most often. The Hot Sheet gadget gives you one click access to any section of the twenty four hour hot sheet. Or, click on the settings to access your custom Hot Sheet. In the Saved Searches gadget, view a list of your saved searches. Use the search box at the top to find a specific search, or click the search name to view the search results or edit the search. Under the gadget settings, customize the number of searches, order, and whether you see all of your saved searches or only those you’ve marked as favorites. Using the My Listings gadget, you have one click access to your listings. Click to add a listing, change a listing, or continue working with an incomplete listing. Under the gadget settings, customize the time for your listings set to expire and sold listings. Using the Display Listings gadget, display a list of your listings or listings in a saved search. Customize which listings display using the Gadget’s setting. On the Home dashboard or any dashboard you’ve created, you can rearrange the order of the gadgets by using click and hold at the top of the gadget and dragging it into a new position. Please note, the MLS dashboard and classic dashboard have fixed layouts. You can also add additional gadgets to your dashboard by clicking customize, then selecting add gadgets. You can also add additional dashboards, either building a dashboard using the exact gadgets that you select, or by choosing from our recommended dashboards which have useful sets of gadgets already grouped for your use. If you use a recommended dashboard, you can still customize it after it’s been created. To make a dashboard your default dashboard so that it appears when you click on the FlexMLOS logo or whenever you log into the system, click on Customize when you have the dashboard displayed and select Make default. This concludes the dashboard tutorial for FlexMLS Web. Thank you.
