Want to know if your contacts are receiving their subscriptions auto emails? Use the Opt in Status Report. When you set up a subscription for a contact, they receive an email asking them to opt in to receiving their listing updates. To see who has and hasn’t opted in, go to your menu, scroll to the Contacts section, and click Opt in Status.
Click on Pending Opt in to find contacts with a subscription who are not receiving updates. For these contacts, you can reach out to them and check if they receive their opt in email request. If not, click Resend. Make sure to suggest that they check their email’s spam filter if they do not receive this second request. Once they confirm that they want to receive listing updates from you, you’ll be able to find them in the Confirmed section of the Opt in Status Report. You’ll even be able to see the last time they opened a subscription email and clicked to view the listings.
