You can use the stats tab to pull up quick statistics for any search. In this example, I’ve used my quick search to filter for four bedroom listings that are currently active, pending, or closed within the past ninety days. There are eighty listings that match my search criteria. If I go to the search results row and click the stats option, I’ll see a quick statistical breakdown of my search results. The top section breaks down the listings by status.
Statuses outside of active, pending or closed are grouped in the other category.
The next section displays average, median, low and high statistics for fields such as the number of bedrooms, square footage, sale to list price ratio, and more.
The next section displays days on market information for closed listings. I can see how many listings closed within thirty days, thirty one to sixty days and more. It also shows the average sale to list price and sale to original list price ratios for those timeframes. If your MLS uses cumulative days on market or agent days on market, those sections are also available.
If you want to print the statistics, click the print option at the top of the page. Now you can print the statistics or save them as a PDF.
Also note, if you select specific listings from the search results, and then choose to view only the selected listings, the stats tab will display information only for the selected listings. This concludes our overview of the stats tab. Thank you.
