If your real estate agent has already invited you to sign up for the FlexMLS Homebuyer portal, you can go to the Google Play Store and download the FlexMLS for Homebuyers app for your Android device. You’ll sign in with the same login credentials that you use to log in to the full website. Once you’re inside the Homebuyer app, you can use the menu at the top of the screen to navigate through the system. If you know the address or MLS number of a particular listing, you can enter it in the search bar at the top of the page. Or use the menu to search for listings, view saved searches and listings, and access your news feed. To search for listings, click on search and use the filter to enter your search criteria such as location and price.
Results will update in real time and you can use the navigation row at the top of the screen to toggle between your search filter and results. When viewing your search results, you can use the view icons to toggle between the one line view, the summary view, or the map view. Click a listing to view more information.
Swipe through the photos and videos or scroll down to view the listing details. If you’d like to save the listing as a favorite, click on the share save option and select save. Or if you don’t want the listing to appear in your newsfeed or saved searches, select hide. If you’d like to share the listing with others, you can copy and paste the link. If you’d like to contact your agent about the listing or request a showing, you can use those options as well. Go to the saved page to view searches your agent has saved for you and review your saved and recommended listings. Select a saved search to view all of the listings that currently match the search criteria.
The listing section helps you keep track of your saved and agent recommended listings. When viewing your saved listings, you can rate listings on a scale of one to three stars.
