Learn how your clients can download the Flexmls for Homebuyers iOS App, and set up push notifications so they never miss an update from you.

After you invite a contact to your client portal, they will receive an email invitation. They can tap the sign up button in the email to set up their portal. During the portal setup, your client will be prompted to create a password. They can tap confirm, which will open the portal in the default mobile browser. Once they create an account, clients may see a prompt to download the Flexmls for homebuyers app.

You can also let contacts know that they can download the Flex MLS for Homebuyers app from the App Store. If your contacts decide to use the Flexmls Homebuyer app for iPhone, they can enable push notifications so that they can stay on top of any listings you recommend as well as subscription updates.

When logging into the app for the first time, contacts will receive a prompt notifying them that you have provided listing searches and asking if they would like notifications for these searches sent to their device. To enable these notifications, contacts can tap Turn on notifications. In the prompt saying that Flexmls would like to send notifications, your contact can tap below.

To modify the types of notifications they would like to receive, contacts can tap More at the bottom right, then tap Notification Settings.

Then, they can use the toggles to select which types of notifications they would like to receive. The push notifications are sent directly to their mobile device, so they don’t even have to check their email to know that they’ve received listing updates from you.
