Good afternoon, Flex MLS users, and welcome to a webinar highlighting some of the basic and frequently used functions while working in Flex MLS. My name is Amy Long, and I am your Flex MLS trainer today. I’m joining you from Fargo, North Dakota. And I hope I find you all doing well and enjoying some nice spring weather on this Wednesday. So let’s take a peek at some of the items that we’re going to cover today. The intent of this webinar is to highlight some of the basic yet essential functions of Flex MLS. We are going to review where you will find the user functions under menu, how to navigate and reorder them. We’ll review the process for updating a profile picture. Then we’re to get into some basics of searching. How to conduct a quick search, view those search results, save search results, and then add a subscription for a contact. I would also like to show you how you can create a custom search template. If there are fields that you’ve used most frequently and you’d like to always have those available when you’re searching a particular property type.
And maybe there’s some fields that the MLS uses and you’re just not overly, you don’t use them very often and you would like to maybe put those away and use the ones that you like most frequently. I’ll show you how to go through those steps as well. We’ll also discuss working on behalf of a client, how you can quickly access your client’s FlexMLS identity, both in QuickSearch and the HotSheet, and then finally review some of the help features that are available in the system. So let me hop out of here and I’m gonna switch my screens. Let’s begin. So where I am right now is I am on the dashboard.
And the dashboard is kind of your home base for functions in Flex MLS. And today I am using the Fargo Moorhead MLS for this demonstration. And I realize it’s probably gonna look different than what many of you are used to coming from your respective MLSs, but I can assure you that the steps and the processes that I’m going to demonstrate are going to be the same. And if you’re from Fargo Moorhead, it’s your lucky day. You’re going to be very familiar with this setup.
So let’s talk about the dashboard a little bit, and what I’m going to really focus on, the menu. And you’ll find the menu just under the blue Flex MLS. I call it a home button, kind of an older term, But just under the blue FlexMLS home button, you’ll find menu. And the menu is where all the functions that are available to you as users are going to be available. And you’ll notice some of these functions will have a gold star next to them. And what that means is that these functions have been considered a favorite. And by making them a favorite, they will land in my favorites bar at the top. And the nice thing about saving frequently used functions in this favorites bar is that they are always visible and available to you no matter where you are using in the system. So if you’re multitasking, as I’m sure many of you do, maybe you have a couple different tabs open, you’re working in contact management, you’re also working on a couple searches, and then you are even viewing the hot sheet, or possibly working on adding a listing, You have access to these functions that are available to you all the time. So how do you favorite a function? You simply hover next, just on the left of the function, and you’ll see a little star that will populate. Every function has this ability. And what you would do is you would check the star.
The function would be added to your favorites bar, if you will. And if you ever want to remove a function, you simply uncheck that star. So it’s a pretty easy process.
If you’re newer to using FlexMLS, once you get more familiar with the system and know what you use most frequently, you may want to make some updates or changes. And then if you’re a seasoned user with the system, you probably know exactly what you need and what you have up there, and you can access that quickly. But just keep that in mind. It’s available to you to customize in a fairly easy to do way, and it’s very changeable if and when you need to make changes. So with that said, just to the right, kind of in the same area of my favorites bar, there’s an option to reorder. And this is just taking this process a little bit further if you are particular in any way. So this allows you to reorder these favorites. So we’ve got all the functions that we use most frequently, and these may not be a good example of functions that you might use, but just for demonstration purposes, I have the ability to just simply remove these functions from this favorites bar, or I can even reorder them. So I can click and drag these around to find the order that works well for me.
So just another way that you can customize a little bit and use the system exactly as you would like. Okay, our second step that we’re going to talk about before we get into talking about searching is also going to be found under the menu, and this is going to be the profile picture. So I’m just going to use my menu and I’m gonna just start typing my profile. I know exactly where this is. It’s under preferences. But if you weren’t quite sure, or even sure what it was called, maybe you remember it was my something, but I can’t quite remember, feel free just to scroll and look for those functions. Once you find them, you can click on it. We could certainly add this to our favorites bar, although I don’t think it’s one that I would visit all that often. But certainly that’s an option. So I’m just going to click on my profile. And here we are. So what I would like to do next is I’m gonna update my profile picture.
If anyone has, you know, you’re a recent user to Flex MLS, so you’re still in the process of kind of getting things set up, Or maybe you’ve had some updates recently and you’ve got a fabulous new picture that you would like to include for your reports and your correspondence with clients. This is a great time to be able to update your photo. And I actually did just get a new headshot, so that’s my opportunity to add that as well to my training account. So, I just clicked add new. I’m going to put the logo or photo description. This field will require a name. So I’m just gonna give it my name, Amy. Then I’m gonna check, choose file, and I pop right up. So I’m gonna select my photo. I’m gonna follow this prompts for add. And you won’t need to worry about I’m just going to click on edit to go back to show you this information. But you don’t need to worry about this. The system will auto size and format your photo, so it will work perfectly. You won’t have to worry about doing anything with that. You can just upload it as you have it on your computer, and get it saved, and you’ll be good to go. So now I’ve got my new profile picture ready to be used when I am sending correspondence, reports, that sort of thing out. My contact information and photo will be included. So remember you’ll find that information under my profile and maybe it’s a good time for you to make a little bit of an update. Okay. So now we’ve kind of talked about the menu, how to favorite some things and reorder. So let’s talk about quick search. And quick search is a function that I’m sure everyone uses whether you’re new to the system or seasoned with the system, you use quite often. And QuickSearch is the search in Flex MLS. By clicking on QuickSearch, I have opened up my search for the residential template. And you will notice that the map is always going to be on the right side of my screen.
And the search templates, including all the fields associated with this particular MLS, are listed on the left side of the screen. So this is just kind of the format everything is visible to you on one screen. So what we’re going to want to do is make sure that we have the correct property type selected, and we will update the property type at the very top. So I’m going to make sure I’m on residential.
This is the MLS inherited residential template.
Based on just the active listings, the status of active, which is the default status for this MLS, I am able to view the location of all active listings on this map. You’ve got a lot of map features, too. We’ll try and highlight a few of those in just a bit. But in addition to viewing just the traditional map view, we can also change to the satellite map view. And this can oftentimes be really helpful depending on what type of area you’re working in. If you’re working in an area or looking for listings possibly near a green space or water or something along those lines, it can kind of help identify those areas a little bit better. So just remember you have the ability to change how you view the map when you are working in the system and conducting searches. So back to our search template, we’ve got our property type selected.
And for this MLS, I have several options for different property types. It’s important to ensure that you select the correct property type, as that will, of course, follow with associated fields and listings that would be for that property type.
So you don’t want to have an idea that you’re looking for land when you’re looking in possibly multi family property type. So we’ll stick with residential. And then we’re just going to start building this in basically an outline form. We’re going to work our way from top to bottom, and we’re going to add the fields that would be applicable to the search that we’d like to create. So just checking them off one by one. And we don’t necessarily need to use every single field that’s available. And there may be some fields that we want to include, but that are not in this list. And we’ll get to how to customize a template, a personal template for you in just a bit. So I am going to select active and close for my status. And to do so, to select multiple statuses, you’re going to use your control key or your command key on your keyboard to ensure that you have selected the statuses that you wish to include. When I selected pending, that allowed for the off market dates fields to populate, which gives me a couple of options.
Here I can indicate if I’d like to enter actual range of dates for pending listings, if there’s a real specific time period that I’d like to include. Or I can click these arrows again and I can go a number of days back. I could go a number of months back, or even years back, depending on the type of search that I want to create. An example of, you know, possibly years back, if you’re conducting a CMA and you wanted to go about a year back or even two years back to look for sold listings, that might be an option, just depending on what you’re doing. But for this, I’m just going to kind of stick with your traditional active search. So I’m gonna go days back. And in this kind of market, as I think we’re all seeing throughout the country, homes don’t last too terribly long. So maybe I’m going to do about forty days. And you’ll notice that the results, every time I make an update or a change to one of the fields in this template, these results are going to update in real time, at the top here, and also on the map. So you’ll see those update. List price. I’ll want to include that one. Maybe start off at four fifty dollars and go to six fifty dollars So we’ll do a pretty broad range. And now we’ve adjusted our results quite significantly and we’re looking at a total of one hundred fifty throughout this metro area. So let’s keep moving. I don’t want to spend too much time focused on these particular fields. Hopefully they’re somewhat familiar to you all. I’m going to select subtype for my property and I like to focus on single family residence. I am going to focus my search on Fargo and West Fargo only. We’re in an area of kind of a three city metro. We have Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo that are our main areas. And Fargo, West Fargo are North Dakota, and Moorhead is in Minnesota. So I’m going to stick with North Dakota for the purposes of this search. Postal code subdivision, two fields that certainly can be used in the search. I am not going to select those at this time. I’m going to come over to my bedrooms and I’m just going to select a minimum of four and the system may pull as many as possible bedrooms that would be associated with a particular listing. I’m not going to put a limit on that. Maybe for bathrooms, I’ll just do a max of four and see where we land with that. So our results have adjusted to fifty two. And the garage stalls, I for sure would like a minimum of a three stall garage. Winters in our area can be particularly brutal. So a garage is a pretty important feature for homes in our area. So we are looking now at a total of fifty results.
If you find that in your MLS that there are fields that are important to you, you use them all the time but they’re just not located in this template that’s been set up, you will find those fields under add a field to search. So I’m going to click here and maybe for this one I’ll look for a fence. And fences are pretty common in our area as well, although I don’t know if they’re always noted. So I’m going to select a full fenced yard and I’d like to include that field in my search results, which significantly reduces my results to a total of eleven. So without that fence, I had about fifty, and with the fence, I’m looking at eleven results. But that’s okay. It’s important to my client, and I want to make sure that we find the right property for them. So just remember: add a field to search. This is where you will find all the fields that are not listed in your MLS inherited template, and you’ll be able to add those fields to your search. So let’s take our eleven results and take a peek. When we view our results, we’re going to end up on what’s called the list tab. There are a couple different ways to view the list tab or the information on this tab. The first one is what we landed on, and that’s called the default view. So this allows for a thumbnail photo of the property. And I’m very much a visual person. I appreciate those thumbnail photos. Not everyone is and not isn’t always relevant to the type of search you’re conducting, understandably. So with that said, we can change this and move over to a one line view which would allow for a little more condensed review of the data that’s provided within the fields that are available for this particular search. I’m going to switch it back to normal. Additional adjustments can be made. The size of the font can be adjusted on this list tab, and then you can always change the view, which would indicate the types of fields that are included and the information that they provide.
I’m not going to get into a lot of customization with that regard right now, but I did want to just highlight that there are some features when you are viewing listing information on the List tab. So I’m going to shift over now to our detail tab. And this is where you will find all of the information that is available in reports. You’re going to have two reports. You have a private report and a public report. And that’s important depending on who you’re sharing the information with. You have the option to determine how you’re going to share that information when the time comes if you want to send out an, you know, a one time email with this information, whether or not it should be public or private. And then we can shift over to our photo tab. I kind of like to call this a media tab just because if there were a virtual tour or video, which there are both for this particular listing, there’s a video here, looks like a link for virtual tour here, You would be able to access that information. They’re typically the first couple images on the strip, and you can view the photos associated with that particular listing. If I wanted to shift back to my detail tab, this is also where you will find a lot of third party apps, if you will.
If you have a third party that you use for taxes, transaction desk, trust funds, all that sort of thing, showing time or a different showing service, you would find links for those available on the detail tab, as well as documents that are relevant to the listing tax information, and then of course listing history, which is can be very important as well. Okay, so we’ve got our listings. We’re sitting at a total of eleven. And if you find at any point that you need to make some modifications, maybe you want to have more to offer your client. And when we added that field, including the full fence, it really did limit some of the listings that are available. And maybe you want to make some updates there. If we wanted to remove that field, all we need to do is return back on the edit tab. We’re in the quick search screen. We haven’t lost any of the information that we’ve started with. And now we’ve got a sizable number of results that we can share with our client. So just remember, edit search is always an option.
You can always return to edit search to modify the fields that you have used to create your search and figure out what would be beneficial helping your search for your client. So, let’s take these fifty listings, and we are going to save this search right now. So I’m going to come up to save. This is kind of our actions row.
If I wanted to take a handful of these listings and possibly email them out in a one time email, I certainly would have that option by selecting interactive listing. Select which listings I’d like to include, the listing I was currently viewing, if I have any selected which I don’t at this time, or possibly all fifty listings. Again, the version is available for you to determine which version should be sent out, and then any associated tax information, documents, and open house information. I’m not going to send this out right now, but I wanted to show you that you would find that information just under email if you wanted to send out a one time email to a client or potentially someone else. Okay, so I’m going to come back to save, and here is where I want to save my search.
So we’re going to call this okay, so I gave it kind of a lengthy description. Fargo, West Fargo Metro, single family, four bedroom. Whatever works for you to name your searches. Searches in Flex MLS can be used for multiple clients. If one search is applicable to, you know, multiple clients that you’re working with, by all means, you don’t necessarily have to reinvent the wheel every time. So I’m gonna give that a name.
I am going to add a new contact for this search. So I’m going to do this all just from this screen.
Enter an email address for this contact.
And I have an additional question if I would like to turn on a portal for this contact. And I’m going to do that. We’re not going to get into portals today, but this is a nice time saving step if you go through this particular workflow of conducting your search and then saving and adding a contact that way. There’s certainly different ways to work throughout the system. And I typically do share other workflows in different types of webinars. But in this webinar, I’m going to kind of demonstrate on this particular workflow, and this is a nice way just to eliminate a step down the road if indeed you would like your contact to have access to a portal or a personal website. So I’m going to ensure that I say yes, and I’m going to initiate an invitation, and I’ll let them know about that. So now I’m going to, rather than just save, I’m going to save and add a subscription. And when I click on this, I’m going to get into what a subscription is. So this is going to take me into the subscription template. So I successfully saved my search. And you’ll know that when you look at the top and you see I’m no longer in active QuickSearch. I’m now in an actual saved search, and the name would be reflected at the top. So that was successful. So now what I want to do, I want to give my subscription a name and set this up so my contact, Sue, will start to receive automatic listing updates. So to do so, I’m going to update this just a bit. I like to personalize this a little bit more. So I’m gonna call this listings for Sue Schultz. And then I’m going to indicate who would receive these notifications. I do not need to.
I can track what she receives within contact management. I do not want to receive an email when she clicks on the link either, but if that’s something that would be beneficial to you, these are definite great options for you to select. I certainly do want her to receive this email, or excuse me, these series of emails. And then the preview mode option. This is really helpful depending on who you’re working with.
If you’re working with somebody who may be a little particular and you want to ensure that only the right, correct, best listings are sent their way, by checking this option, you will be on the line to check your email. You’ll have to approve any emails before they can be sent along to your client. So it requires more work from you. It’s more email, but again, depending on who you’re working with, it can be a very beneficial feature as well. I’m going leave that blank. I’m not going to use that at this time, but certainly it’s an option. Then we’re going to come down to the scheduler frequency, and we have weekly options. So you can select the days of the week, Monday through Friday, no weekends, only weekends, whatever you prefer.
Monthly, this is helpful if you’re working with somebody who maybe has talked for years about buying a lake place or possibly some land build a hunting cabin on, or who knows what.
They’ve been talking about relocating to the area for some time. You know, just kind of keeping in touch with them, letting them see what’s going on without bombarding them on a daily basis might be a nice way to go. And then there’s the ASAP route, which of course would allow notifications to be sent to your client as soon as there is a change. And keep in mind that when you set up a subscription for your client, it is going to be based on the search that you set up.
So if you remember, when I created my quick search, I chose to use two statuses in my search, which will ultimately create more notifications when a listing goes from active to pending. So they would receive those types of notifications if there’s a change.
So just keep that in mind when you are setting this up and to ensure that you are not going to overload them necessarily with email, but that the content that they’re going to receive is beneficial.
Okay, so then we’re going to come down to just our email template. And here I’ve got some examples already. I’ve got one for new listings. And I could set this up and ensure that it’s for a subscription so I know this.
And I’m going to update this template. Yes, I would like to change that. So now I just ensure that this is going to be a template that I use for new listings. And I’m going to add the name of my contact here.
And certainly you can provide a lot more information if you would like in the body of this.
I just caution you not to get overly personal or too detailed. This email could potentially go out several times a day, several times a week for an extended period of time, depending on how long you’re working with your client. So they get the same message over and over. So it’s best just to kind of keep things fairly simple. We can update the font, the color, all that sort of thing if that would be something that would be helpful.
Okay. So pretty simple, just as an example, but hopefully you get my thought there. So I’ve got my contact at the top. We’ve established the frequency for which she will receive these email listing updates. That is also tied to the search that I created. I’ve got my subject. I saved my template, email template, so I can use this going forward. And then I’ve got the content that I want to share in the actual message. And now I can save this. One thing I do want to note before I move on from the subscription is that a subscription is going to run for thirteen months without your client ever clicking on the link. So they have to opt in. So that’s one thing you’ll want to tell them if you’re newer to the system and you haven’t set up subscriptions before. They’ll get a couple emails from you inviting them to possibly the portal and then to use a subscription. And when you set up the subscription, they’ll just have to click a link, opt in, and then they’ll be good to go. Otherwise, they will not receive these updates. And you’ll be able to tell if they’ve opted in, and if they haven’t, you can give them a gentle reminder or even resend a link, that sort of thing. But it’s important to know that they do have to do that.
Otherwise, all the work that you put into creating a search and setting up this information would be not received by your client. So just keep that in mind. Now I’m going to save this subscription. I’m going to just dismiss. And we have our saved search. And when we go into contact management now, this is where I can manage my contacts. I will see that I have my new contact, Sue, who I just set up. And she’s probably not going have any activity yet, of course, because she just was set up. But this is where I will be able to view activity. Any emails that were sent, did she click on them? You know, is she reviewing the subscription that I set up once she does have a chance to opt in? That sort of thing. If she chooses to use the portal, which is the personal website, I’ll be able to view this graph and see what kind of usage she’s had, you know, over a period of time. And I can show you for this contact kind of an example of that. So over the last thirty days, this contact has had just a little bit of activity in the system. And I’m using a training account, so this isn’t probably super reflective of what an actual user is doing in the system. I can see the listings that she’s viewed and the number of times she’s viewed them. And then I can also see email activity. I can see her subscription emails, how many times she’s clicked on them. So there were ten emails sent and she’s clicked on those links twelve times. So maybe she was interested in something. She went back a few more times. Manual emails, which is what we would call a one time email. That’s just if, you know, you’re kind of looking through the hot sheet possibly and you come across a listing that might be, you know, a little outside the parameters of the search you set up. So they may not receive this in their subscription, but you want them to see it. Shoot them a one time email. They’d be able to take a look at that, and you’ll be able to differentiate those types of emails here as well. Under the searches and subscriptions tab, this is where we will find any searches and subscriptions. So it looks like this was removed for this client. But if we return to Sue, we’d see the search that I just created. And I can see that she has a pending subscription.
So, she finally gets around to checking her email and opts into that subscription, that pending is going to drop, and I’ll know for sure that she’s an active subscriber to the emails that I set up on her behalf. Okay, so that is just kind of an overview of using our search results, creating a search using those results, and then saving that and setting up a subscription for our client. I am now going to go to my favorites bar. I’m going to go back to quick search.
And here is where I would like to create a template. So, as I mentioned, everyone’s attending this is from different MLSs all over the country, and I realize that. So your template is probably going to be a little bit different than what we’re viewing now. Will look similar, but definitely would have different fields. And even with that said, you use different fields depending on what property type you’re in. So if there are fields in this list that are set up for you already that you just don’t typically use and you would like to eliminate them, you can always add them back under Add a Field, but you just don’t want them to be in this main list. And then there are fields in the Add a Field that you use all the time and you would like to have those easily accessible, well then this will be a pretty simple process for you to follow and you’ll be able to create your own template for the property types that you search in most. So we’re not going to worry about the fields and the content that we have. We’re worried just about setting up the fields that we wish to use to search on. So what I’m going to do is I am going to eliminate a couple fields. Maybe Waterfront. Just knowing where we are currently, waterfront isn’t a huge issue. In some of the newer developments, there are some water areas, but it’s not a super common occurrence to have water in the area that we are. I’m sure there’s some agents in this that are not pleased with what I just said. But we’ll just go with that for now. I’m going to come back down here and I would like to add I’m going to just pick on my fence again. We’ll do full and partial. Include that. And then maybe central air. Living in the upper Midwest, we are an area of extremes, so we would like to make sure that we have central air included when we do conduct searching. So I’ve eliminated really only one field. Maybe I’ll eliminate postal code as well. Just for example, I’m not suggesting that these are fields that we should always remove, but just for example. So I’ve added a couple fields. I’ve removed a couple fields. And now I would like to use, to save this so I can use this for future searches. So what I will need to do is I need to go up to the save option where we went earlier to save the search, except we’re not saving a search this time. We’re saving a template. I just want you to be mindful that if you’re anything like me and you maybe get distracted and you end up somehow on the photo tab looking at some of the photos, or you are viewing a couple property reports, something like that, the option to save as a template will not appear for you. And it could get frustrating. So keep in mind that when you want to create a new template, you need to ensure that we’re on the Edit Search tab.
And then we have this option to save a quick search template. So what we’re going to do is I’m going to give this a name. And I recommend using an asterisk or a symbol, number, something like that, that will be in front of whatever name you give this. So I’m just gonna call this Amy Rez. And I’m going to tie this to the IDX residential view. That’s fine. So the view, remember, is the fields that are available when we’re looking at those listing details. That’s another area that can be customized. We’re just not going to have time to get into that today. So I am just going to save this. I used an asterisk so it will allow my template to be first in line when I am conducting searches. And I’ll show you what I mean in just a second. So I’ve got my name with the asterisk. I’m going to save this, tying it to the view I want to tie it to. And I’ll get a little notification that I’ve successfully saved my search. And now, when I want to conduct my search, there we are. Amy Rez. I am right on top and I can use this template going forward anytime I want to conduct a residential search. So just kind of a quick tip, something that you can do to, you know, make your lives a little bit easier to customize the system while you’re working within Flex MLS. We all know that everyone’s quite busy and if you can make a few shortcuts without having to add your most frequently searched on fields all the time, that might be really helpful.
And of course you can create these templates for all property types. So not just residential, but those property types that you search on most as well. Okay. Now with that said, we’re moving right along. We’re getting close to our time. So I’m hoping that I don’t go too far over. I do want to talk about how to work on behalf of a client. And I am going to show you this option both in the hot sheet and in quick search. So let’s go to hot sheet and I’m just gonna pull our daily hot sheet.
And let’s say we’re just cruising along looking and we find a property that would be perfect for our new client Sue, but it’s a little out of the area or maybe I find like a great house and it wasn’t in North Dakota. It’s in Moorhead. Moorhead, Minnesota. But I do want them to see this house. So in this case, I’m going to take this particular listing and in the actions row, so we have our save option. That’s where we saved the template and we saved our search email, sending out a one time email. Share this is an option to share on social media. But we have this Work on behalf of option. And if I click here, this will allow me to quickly assume the identity of my clients that are in contact management, and I can work on their behalf. So I can say, I want to suggest this listing, even though it’s totally out of the parameters that I set up. So Sue may never see this otherwise if I don’t send this to her, but I think it might actually be perfect. So whatever the scenario is, you have that option. You can favorite these. And then when she logs into her portal, which I know we didn’t really go through today, but when she logs into her portal or personal website, she’ll see that there’s a new recommended listing from me for her to take a peek at. So a nice way to be able to work on behalf of. This option is available for QuickSearch as well. So I’m just going to immediately go into quick search. Take my results. We’ll just pick on one here.
And work on behalf of I can choose from anyone in my list.
And now I am automatically working on their behalf. So I can see the searches that I have set up for this client. I can see the listings that maybe they’ve saved, any that have been possibly hidden, any that I’ve recommended to them.
And I can recommend any additional listings by just working on their behalf in a very quick way. And you can always stop working on behalf, switch to a different contact. Maybe there’s, you know, you’ve got a couple clients that have very similar wants and needs and you want to show them both the same property. We can just switch. I can just go into Adam now and make sure that he sees that same property that I just shared with my other contact. So keep that in mind. Work on behalf of is available for you to use both in the hot sheet and in quick search. Okay, so we’re inching on the end of our time and I still would like to show you just some of the health features that are available. So I am going to just real quickly do a refresh on Guided Help. And Guided Help, you’ll find at the of the center of your screen, just to the right of the Quick Launch bar.
And Guided Help is a fully interactive feature built into the system that can help you through basically, really, any function that you need to complete. So, getting started with Flex MLS, that’s kind of something that we’ve gone over so far today. Adding a shortcut to the menu if for any reason that you can’t remember how to go through that process, this little blue hand, this is going to be a prompt that will pop up on your screen and guide you step by step of how you will, actually add a menu shortcut to your favorites bar. I’m not going to go through the whole process since we did that just a bit ago, but I just want you to be mindful that guided help is available and it’s a wonderful feature. Built in little shortcuts to guided help, these little icons that you’ll find kind of all over. Just being in work on behalf of right now, you’ll find shortcuts to guided help all over, truly all over the system. Once you can recognize these little icons, you will hopefully realize that they are help features and you can take advantage of those. The other feature I would like to just quickly show you is the Flexible Less Academy. By selecting the Academy, it’s going to open in a new tab. But this is really a wonderful one stop shop for a lot of help resources. In addition to getting registered for upcoming webinars, it looks like we’ve got a couple coming up with Ann Leading One next week. We have kind of a recorded training library. We have a lot of links to previously recorded webinars. We try and keep the most timely and current versions of everything that we’re doing within the system available.
Product news, get registered for upcoming webinars, short tip videos if you don’t want to sit through a longer style webinar, but you just would like to get the gist on a certain process, by all means, take a peek at short tip videos, and there’s a lot of really great information that you can view within, you know, two minutes to five minutes long, usually. So just don’t forget the Flex MLS Academy, guided help, really great features that are available to all of you as users in the system. So this is going to bring me to the end of our time today. I really appreciate you all attending, and I hope the information that I’ve provided has been beneficial. I wish you all a great remainder of your week and a very safe weekend. I look forward to training with you all again soon. Thank you.
