Josh

Josh joined FBS in 2013 as a member of the CPR team where he enjoys working on conversions, doing member training, and documenting new features in Flexmls. Over the past 12 years he has lived in Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Washington, D.C and North Dakota. Although he recently moved to Texas, Josh considers himself an honorary southerner and enjoys attending anvil shoots, crawfish boils, and using the word y’all with impunity.

Learn how to see who is viewing your active listings. The Listings Activity Report breaks down where people are the viewing the listing and how they are rating it. You can also set the report as an auto e-mail to your client.

The Listing Activity Report summarizes how people are interacting with your listings. The report includes activity from Flexmls web, customer portals, Flexmls emails, and Flexmls IDX sites. You can also set up an automatic email event that sends the listing activity report to a contact on a weekly or monthly basis. You can access the listing activity report from any search results screen.

Here, I’ll use my menu to go to My Listings. Click the dropdown arrow next to the MLS number and select the option for listing activity. Summary information for the property and the date range appear at the top of the report.

Where people are viewing the listing shows the number of views directly by other users in Flexmls, from Flexmls IDX links, from inside Flexmls portals, and from emails sent from Flexmls. How do people rate this listing displays the number of times that the listing has been marked recommended, saved, or hidden from a customer portal or Flexmls IDX site.

Actions people took on this listing displays the number of times that actions were taken on the listing in Flexmls customer portals or Flexmls IDX sites. The final two tables show information about other listings that were saved or viewed by the same user who viewed or saved the selected listings in the above tables.

You can print or email the report to share it with a contact, or you can set up the report to send automatically by clicking Auto Emails. Select a contact, then select the frequency, either weekly or monthly, and the day of the week. Check the box for CC if you’d like to receive a copy of the report via email, then click Save. This concludes the tutorial on the Listing Activity Report.

Thank you.
