If you are a member of two or more MLSs that both use Flexmls, you can toggle between your different user accounts in the Flexmls for real estate professionals app on your Android or iOS device. For example, maybe I belong to the Fargo Morehead Association of Realtors and I also belong to the Grand Forks Board of Realtors who both use Flexmls.
To set up my Flexmls Pro app, so I can switch between accounts easily, I’ll need to do two things.
First, I’ll log in to one of my accounts. In this example, I’ll log in to my account in the Fargo Morehead Association of Realtors. If you’ve already logged in before watching this, you may be able to skip this step.
Next, I’ll sign in using my logon for my Grand Forks account. To do this, tap on more, then tap log out. Delete the current username and enter the username for the other account. In this example, I’ll enter in my username for the Grand Forks Board of Realtors account.
Then I’ll tap next and enter in my password for that account.
Now I’m logged in to my Grand Forks account. I can quickly toggle to my Fargo account by tapping more Then selecting to log in as my other account with a single tap. One final, helpful tip. If you have been toggling between accounts, and forget where you left off, just open your app, tap more, and the top line will let you know which account you’re currently using.
