Learn how to filter your search using map overlays on the Flexmls Pro App for iOS.
In the Flexmls Pro app for iOS, you can draw a radius on the map. In this example, I’ve already entered some search criteria to my search, looking for listings in West Fargo with four or more bedrooms. If I want to look for listings within a specific radius, I’ll close my filter and go to the map view.
In this example, I want to look for listings that match my search but within a one mile radius of the local high school. I’ll find the high school on the map, then tap the draw icon.
To draw a radius, I’ll select the circle, then put my finger on the map at the center of the circle I’m about to draw. Drag your finger out and you’ll see the radius displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Once I get the desired radius, I’ll remove my finger. Now I can view the results from the map, summary, or list view. Or if I’d like, I can further refine my search on the filters page.
